個人的にも待ち望んでいたYUICHITOYAMA:5の新作がようやく入荷いたしました！
今までのYUICHITOYAMA:5よりも重厚さを感じながらも顔馴染みが良いです。
サイジングもバランスが良く、めちゃくちゃかっこいいです。
オリジナルで作成したメタルパーツは、剛性の高い七枚駒ヒンジとテンプル芯を採用。
重厚感のある10mm厚アセテートから削り出したシャープなエッジのトップライン、チューブのような丸みのあるアンダーラインは相対する独自の質感を併せ持ち、フロントからテンプルエンドまで流れるように【サーフェイス】の造形美をフレーム全体で表現しています。
『SURFACE』
湖の水面を想起させるフラットなブローラインとチューブのような丸みを帯びたアンダーリムの造形美。
静けさの中に力強い存在感を持つ現代アートの彫刻からインスパイアされたフロントシェイプ。

The new YUICHITOYAMA:5 model, which I’ve personally been eagerly awaiting, has finally arrived!
It feels more substantial than previous YUICHITOYAMA:5 models, yet it fits the face well.
The sizing is well-balanced, and it’s incredibly cool.
The custom-made metal parts feature a highly rigid seven-piece hinge and temple core.
The sharp, edgy topline, carved from a substantial 10mm thick acetate, and the rounded, tube-like under-rim combine to create a unique, contrasting texture, expressing the aesthetic beauty of “SURFACE” throughout the entire frame, flowing from the front to the temple ends.
“SURFACE”
The flat browline and rounded, tube-like under-rim evoke the surface of a lake.
The front shape is inspired by contemporary art sculptures that possess a powerful presence within their stillness.
